This core-warming down vest is crafted from repurposed postconsumer Patagonia® down sweater garments reclaimed through our Worn Wear program. We used panel construction to minimize fabric waste and joined tonally similar pieces to make each vest unique. Recrafted in the USA.

For warmth with a conscience, we make each unique ReCrafted Down Vest from reclaimed, postconsumer Patagonia® down garments. Cleaned by Tersus Solutions, which uses a waterless, CO2 cleaning technology (a process that’s easier on the environment than traditional cleaning methods), each vest is panel-constructed to minimize fabric waste and crafted by joining tonally similar pieces for a distinct aesthetic. The center-front placket buttons up with postindustrial 100% polyester (50% recycled) buttons and is insulated with reclaimed polyester to shield against wind. We added a roster of pockets to keep your hands warm and essentials accessible.
