To start, help us identify the name, colorway and season of your style by entering the style number found on the small tag sewn inside your item.

So many tags, which one is it?

It’s the smallest tag, starting with STY followed by a 4- or 5-digit number (e.g., STY84070). You might have a longer style number but you only need to enter the first 4 or 5 digits.

With the exception of fleece products, we can’t offer credit for items with missing style numbers, but we’re happy to recycle or repurpose the gear for you.
