FABRIC: A supple, 3-layer Storm HB (highly breathable) package: 4.4-oz. nylon with H2No Storm HB barrier, lined with a polyester tricot scrim and treated with Deluge DWR (durable water repellent) finish. Stretch panels: 3-layer stretch composite of 5.8-oz. nylon with H2No Storm Stretch HB barrier and nylon tricot backing with Deluge DWR finish. All seams are sealed.
